Podcasts are a great FREE way to learn or improve your Spanish while in the car or walking to class. There are Spanish podcasts available at all levels through the iTunes store. Here are links to a few of the top free podcasts:

Notes in Spanish (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)

The Notes in Spanish podcast features conversations on everyday topics between Ben and Marina, two individuals living in Madrid. Each of the podcast episodes are about 15 minutes long, perfect for walking to class or listening to on your lunch break.

Medical Spanish with Dr. Molly Martin (all levels, more intermediate and advanced)

Has many provider-patient vocabulary episodes and all topics are organized by subject (i.e. clinic, critical care, GI, etc.).


Indianapolis-based Spanish Language Classes

Latino Advocacy in Community Affairs (LACA) Spanish Classes

Offered in the spring, summer, and fall. Courses run about $125-$175 each. 

IUPUI Department of World Languages and Cultures

IUPUI offers evening Spanish classes every semester. Some semester, a medical spanish course is also offered in the evening. See their website for more information on course offerings.
